RECIPE
Ingredients:
6-7 apples
1 tsp of coconut oil
2 tbs syrup (I use higher fiber syrup by Choc Zero)
1 tbs cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Pinch if salt
Optional: Juice or one lemon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F,
Peel the skin off of the apples,
Remove core from apples and then slice into pieces (any shape works),
Add sliced apples into a mixing bowl and add all other ingredients to the bowl, mix to coat all apples,
Grease a baking dish and add the apple mixture to the pan,
Bake the apples for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and mix the apples,
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
ENJOY over greek yogurt or ontop of a large scoop of iced cream!
