RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup raw cashews,
2 tbs olive oil,
Juice of 1 lime,
1/2 Cup water,
Large bunch of cilantro,
1-2 cloves of garlic (i prefer more garlic but it depends on your preference),
Large pinch of salt and pepper
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 60 seconds. ENJOY!
