RECIPE
- 1-1.5 lbs Salmon
- 1 Lemon
- 4 tbs Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbs Good quality olive Oil
- 1 clove of Garlic, minced
- Large pinch of Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400F
Place salmon filet on a greased baking tray and sprinkle with salt and pepper,
In a small bowl, whisk together the dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and juice from half of the lemon,
Slice the remainder of the lemon for garnish,
Coat the salmon filet with the dijon lemon mixture and then place the lemons on the baking tray next to the salmon,
Bake for 20-25 minutes and ENJOY!
