Low Carb Berry Crumble Bars (Dairy Free and Grain Free)

swooooooning over these Low Carb Berry Crumble Bars


These dairy free and grain free bars are the perfect healthy alternative to a breakfast pastry and they taste soooo yummy it is hard to believe they have ONLY 150 calories, 10.5 fiber, 15 carb, and only 4.5 NET CARBS per bar



RECIPE


1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup lakanto syrup

3/4 C almond flour

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbs coconut flour

1 pinch salt

2 tbs monk fruit sweetener

1/2 Sugar Free Jam of choice (I use Polaner)


✔️Directions:

(1) Preheat oven to 350F

(2) Mix together all of the ingredients except the jam,

(3) Press roughly 2/3 of the dough into the base on a parchment lined loaf tin (or mini loaf tins),

(4) Bake for 14 minutes or until golden brown,

(5) Using jelly of choice, coat the top of the loaf(s) with a thin layer of the jelly And then crumble the remainder of the dough ontop,

(6) Bake for 10-12 minutes until top is crisped,


Store in the fridge for 5 days and ENJOY!
