CHEESECAKE SWIRL MUFFINS 😋🍓These muffins are just as delicious as they sound ‼️ curb your cheesecake CRAVING with this LOW CARB option! .

RECIPE:

✔️Muffins INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Scoops @f_factor 20/20 Protein Powder

  • 8 egg whites

  • 2/3 Cup Wheat Bran

  • 1/4 Cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt

  • 2 TSP baking Powder

  • 2 TSP coconut Oil

✔️Cheesecake Filling: 4 TBS Low Fat Cream-cheese, 2 TBS of 1 Whole Beaten Egg, 1 TSP Stevia—Whip the Cream-Cheese, Add 2 TBS of beaten egg and stevia, whisk until smooth. . ✔️INSTRUCTION:

  • Whisk Muffin Ingredients together

  • in a separate bowl make the Cheesecake mixture

  • Under-Fill a greased muffin tin with the muffin batter (fill about 1/4 way full)

  • spoon 2 TSP of Cheesecake mixture into the muffin tins on top of muffin batter and swirl gently

  • BAKE at 400F for 15-20 minutes. ENJOY 👏🏻💪🏼
