MATCHA cha cha CHEESECAKE MUFFINS 🌱i have been enjoying my matcha lattes so much lately, I decided to take a matcha spin on my favorite cheesecake muffins.
Matcha is packed with antioxidants, boosts brain function and has a detoxifying effect.
RECIPE ✔️MUFFIN INGREDIENTS - 8 Egg whites - 1/2 Cup 0% plain greek yogurt - 1 ripe banana, mashed - 1 TBS vanilla extract - 2 scoops of @f_factor 20/20 Vanilla Powder - 2/3 Cup Fine Wheat Bran (Shiloh Farm) - 2 TSP Baking Powder - 1 TBS of high quality matcha powder - 2 TSP Coconut Oil ✔️CHEESECAKE FILLING RECIPE: 2 TBS of a beaten whole egg, 4 TBS low fat cream cheese, 1 TSP stevia —Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. ✔️INSTRUCTIONS: Beat muffin ingredients together (I beat the egg whites first), in a separate bowl make the cheese cake mixture, fill a greased muffin tin 1/2 the way up, then spoon 2 tsp of cheesecake mixture into of each muffin batter, swirl the mixture lightly, BAKE at 400F for 18-20 minutes. ‼️🥶REFRIGERATE FOR 1 hour and ENJOY COLD 🥶 ‼️store in the fridge.
