RECIPE:

✔️INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 scoops @f_factor 20/20 powder (or another whey protein of choice)

  • 4 egg whites (whipped)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 TBS coconut oil

  • Lily’s chocolate chips (optional)

  • Sukrin Gold Syrup (optional)

  • berries (optional)


✔️INSTRUCTION: whip egg whites, add in all ingredients and whisk well, scoop a ladle full of batter into waffle iron and ENJOY‼️
