RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
Donuts
8 eggwhites
4 scoops vanilla powder
1 Tbsp good quality matcha powder
1/2 Cup 0% plain greek yogurt
2/3 Cup extra fine wheat bran
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp coconut flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbs monkfruit or sweetener of choice
1 tbs maple syrup
2 Tbsp liquid coconut oil
Chocolate Topping
1/2 Cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp liquid coconut oil
INSTRUCTION:
Whip Egg whites thoroughly, then add in all other donut ingredients (save chocolate coating ingredients on the side) and whisk until smooth,
Pour batter in greased donut pan, bake for 18 minutes at 375 F,
After you remove the donuts from the oven, allow them to cool and begin preparing the chocolate topping by melting the chocolate with the coconut oil,
Dip the donuts in the chocolate mixture and place on a cooling rack or tray to cool (Optional to top with matcha powder for garnish)
Storage: Store in the fridge for up to 1 week and Enjoy!
