Matcha Pancakes (Low Carb)

Do you like the flavor of matcha? I am pretty picky when it comes to matcha flavored things, it can’t be too earthy and it has to be SWEET! So these matcha pancakes are just the right mix for my matcha fix!


PRO TIP: To maintain the pretty green matcha color and prevent the pancakes from turning totally brown, I cook the pancakes on a LOW HEAT... yes it takes like 3x the amount of time, but look at that color!! Worth it in my book.


TOPPING: Here I made my cheesecake drizzle (2 TBS low fat cream cheese, 1 tsp stevia and 2 tbs almond milk), some @lilys_sweets_chocolate Chips melted and @choczero Syrup!


MATCHA PANCAKE RECIPE:

- 4 egg whites

- 2 scoops of @f_factor 20/20 Vanilla powder

- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 tbs matcha powder

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon


INSTRUCTION: whisk the egg whites, add all ingredients and then cook (pancake pan optional) on a low heat.
