Mediterranean Salmon

If juicy and flavorful salmon is what you're looking for, look no further! This Mediterranean Salmon is crispy on the outside thanks to the mediterranean herb crust and bursting with juicy flavor on the inside. Recipe

(serves 2)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Wild salmon

  • 3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tsp Dried Basel

  • 2 tsp Dried oregano

  • 2 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F and set aside a parchment lined baking sheet.

  2. Remove the skin from the salmon (if not already removed) and cut the salmon into 2' sized cubes.

  3. Add the cubed salmon to a medium sized bowl with all other ingredients. Using your clean hands or a spatula, toss the salmon to full coat in the herb mixture.

  4. Spread the marinated salmon out on the lined baking sheet approximately 1-2" apart.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is golden and crispy on the outside.
