RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 Cup almond flour
1/3 Cup granular monkfruit sweetener
12 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2/3 Cup creamy PB
1 Large egg
2 Tbsp maple syrup
4-5 Mini pretzels (gluten free optional)
1/4 Cup chocolate chips (vegan optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Roughly chop the pretzels, saving a few larger pieces, and set aside
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients
Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough
Add the chopped pretzels and chocolate chips to the bowl and fold to combine
Scoop the dough into 12 balls and place them 2" apart on a greased baking sheet
Bake for 8-10 minutes and allow to cool completely before enjoying.
