RECIPE:
- 1-1.5 lbs of wild caught salmon filet
- 1/2 cup de-shelled pistachio nuts
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tbs dill, minced
✔️Directions:
(1) Preheat the oven to 400F,
(2) Whisk together the sour cream, olive oil, shallot, garlic, and dill,
(3) Place the salmon on a greased baking sheet And sprinkle it with salt and pepper,
(4) Coat the salmon with the mixture,
(5) Roughly chop the pistachios and press them on top of the salmon,
(6) Baked for 18-20 minutes and enjoy!
