RECIPE:
Ingredients (makes 2 large waffles):
1 zucchini, grated and drained of water
4 Egg Whites
1/4 Cup fine wheat bran
1/3 Cup Carbquick (or 1/3 cup almond flour + 1 tsp baking soda)
4 tbs of parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast if you want to go dairy free)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried basil
4 tbs almond milk
Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions:
(1) Preheat the waffle iron and all of the ingredients thoroughly,
(2) Using an ice cream scooper, scoop even amount of batter into waffle iron and cook through,
(3) Too with topping of choice and ENJOY!
