🥬SWAP traditional corn tortillas for LETTUCE WRAPS—You can use romaine, butter lettuce or even cabbage.
🌶Sauté a bunch of VEGETABLES with a little oil spray and SEASONING to pack on the taco flavor—I sauté red, orange and yellow bell peppers and one whole purple onion (cut into strips) .
🌱add FRESH HERBs to add flavor without calories—I garnished with CILANTRO .
🍤 Add a lean PROTEIN—I added shrimp, that I had prepared yesterday using my SHRIMP POPPER recipe, these shrimp are breaded in wheat bran to amp up the FIBER.
