This recipe is so simple and easy, it has become a staple of mine and I love preparing it ahead to bring to work with me! Each piece of bread has 7 g of carbs and 7 g of fiber, making the net carbs zero!
RECIPE:
✔️INGREDIENTS:
- @thinslimfoods Zero Carb Honey Toast
- 4 Eggwhites
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 TBS stevia
- Optional Toppings: berries, fiber syrup, or my cream cheese drizzle (2 TBS cream cheese, 1 tsp stevia and 2 tbs almond milk)
✔️ INSTRUCTION:
- heat a large pan
- whisk together the egg whites, cinnamon, and stevia
- soak 3-4 slices of zero carb bread in the egg -white mixture, place directly in the pan.
-Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side on medium heat. cut into slices for the french toast stick shape. . - Top with toppings of choice and ENJOY! 🙃
